Can you share your wedding packages with me?
Each wedding package is tailored for the couples wedding day. The first step is scheduling a phone call to discuss your timeline and all wedding day details. This call will help me get an idea of what you need. I then put a proposal together for you and send it via email. Once you approve the proposal we move onto creating a contract. The deposit for your date is due upon signing your contract. I offer a same day signing bonus for each couple. Who doesn't love a good freebie?!
Do you require a deposit for your services?

How long have you been a photographer?
Well, the short answer is I have been a professional for 9 years. I started my business in 2013. But photography has been apart of my life since I was a young child. I had a darkroom in my house when I was very little. My mother was a hobbyist whose work was displayed for short time in the National Museum of Women in the Arts in Washington, D.C.. I got my first 35mm film camera at the age of 21 in the early 2000's.
What sets you apart?
I bring a lot of patience and kindness into a day. It comes naturally to me to be at ease in this profession even if timelines are running slow or toddlers are going bananas, as toddlers do. I know how to respond to the situation in a calm and effective manor because of my experience as a photographer, mother and someone who spent many years in customer service prior to starting my business.
Clients often say, "Taylor goes above and beyond". Yes, I guess this is true but I see it as doing what any good business owner would do. I care about my clients and their experience with me and my assistant photographers. We bring a positive attitude, a superior skillset, an artful eye and high level of professionalism. These qualities are required to make a wedding day, event or family portrait session go smoothly and to achieve a result that have clients thrilled with the outcome of their images and overall experience.

Cancellations and Raindates
Deposits are non-refundable with all bookings, this is a standard practice with most photographers, vendors and venues. There are many reasons for date changes and cancellations these days. If you are feeling under the weather or your wedding date plans have changed unexpectedly, please call me or email me. We will talk it through and see if a rescheduling works best.
If the weather is inclement for portraits, we will find another option or an indoor space to work.
